This past weekend I had the privilege of taking a road trip up to the beautiful Mammoth Lakes, California and celebrate the marriage of some dear friends. My sister was my “date”, and we soaked up some much needed girl bonding time.
Our weekend included time spent with good friends, a lucky rainstorm for the bride and groom, an abundance of laughter and happy tears, adult beverages, busting out your best dance move, gondola rides, beautiful scenery, and lots of love. It’s big life events such as weddings, that bring us full circle and remind us what life is really all about. LOVE, family, and friends. There is something so heartwarming about seeing those we love find complete happiness and begin new chapters in their lives. Weather this means graduating from college, landing their dream job, becoming engaged to their soul mate, get married, have babies…it’s all reason to be present and celebrate. And this weekend we did just that. We celebrated two people who have so much love for each other you could touch it. Congrats Matt and Jillian. May this next chapter of your lives be nothing but beautiful. I can’t wait to celebrate so many more milestones in your future.
